Evacuation Signs
The Queensland Fire & Rescue Service (QFRS) in partnership with our production company, Concept Safety Systems can arrange for the full production of professionally designed, site-specific A3 size evacuation signs.
The evacuation signs are designed to ensure compliance with the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008. The evacuation sign comprises the evacuation procedures and the evacuation diagram for the building. Please click on the pdf link below for more information and to view an example Evacuation Sign.

Emergency Management Plan
The Emergency Management Plan is a comprehensive document detailing the policies and procedures for responding to and managing emergencies in a building/workplace. The plan complies with the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and specific criteria in the Australian Standard (AS) 3745 - 2002, AS1851 - 2005, AS4360 - 2004 and the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995.

Fire Evacuation Program : e-learning
The Queensland Fire & Rescue Service (QFRS) in partnership with Concept Safety Systems can arrange for the full production of a professionally designed, site specific Fire Evacuation Program.
The Fire Evacuation Program is an interactive software tool that provides training, assessment and evacuation planning to meet the requirements of the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and the Australian Standards.

Standby & Monitoring Services
QFRS - TEM can supply standby fire appliances and fire officers for a variety of non-emergency situations. This fire cover can be used to meet regulatory requirements and better work practices. Services may include:
- Supply of fire appliance and crew during non-emergency operations
- Standby and monitoring during scheduled maintenance shut-downs for industry
- Supply of fire cover during the filming of special effect scenes for television and movie production
- Supply of fire officers during large scale entertainment, recreational or sporting events
Bush Fire Management Plans
QFRS-TEM can develop Bush Fire Management Plans for local government and developers to assist with bushfire planning and development proposals in Urban Rural Interface areas.
