Emergency Contact Information
Emergency contact requirements
It is a requirement of the owner/occupier to ensure all emergency contact information is maintained and up to date at all times.
In the event of a fire alarm activation or other emergency, QFD Emergency Dispatchers or Technical Support may need to notify the authorised representatives of a monitored premises - individuals who can be contacted 24 hours a day and have access to the monitored premises.
We may also need to make contact regarding other alarm management matters, such as Alarm Signalling Equipment (ASE) or system faults, or account queries. We collect this information via an Emergency Contacts form.
