The Alarm & Financial Management teams provide services and advice to us, our customers and the broader community regarding the management and monitoring of automatic fire alarms, including unwanted alarm activations.
Alarm monitoring is a service to ensure buildings that are either prescribed under legislation or have elected to receive a direct fire brigade response, be provided that service in an appropriate time.
This service is provided to over 8,000 premises across Queensland. The Alarm & Financial Management teams pride themselves on the delivery of effective and efficient services that contribute to:
- a safer Queensland community by helping to ensure buildings have fit for purpose and functioning fire safety systems
- awareness and reduction of unwanted alarm activations
