Blacksoil (near Ipswich) – Gas bottle spill as at 6am Wed 15 June

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews are currently on scene at a gas bottle spill on the Warrego Highway at Blacksoil. Crews have been working to recover the gas bottles and contain leaking gas. Gas is no longer emitting but an exclusion zone has been established. The Warrego Highway has been closed in both directions from Pine Mountain Rd to the Brisbane Valley Highway as a safety precaution. Significant delays are expected.
