Bundaberg North – structure fire as at 6.10pm Thurs 27 March

Queensland Fire and Rescue (QFR) crews are currently on scene at a structure fire on Barber Street, Bundaberg North. 

Crews were called to the fire around 3.30pm and have contained the blaze, but a large volume of smoke will continue to affect the surrounding area throughout the evening.  

Residents should close windows and doors and keep respiratory medication close by if required. 

Motorists should drive with caution and to conditions.
