An Emergency Alert (Watch and Act) has been issued for Cook from the Cook Shire Council.

Council advises that localised widespread flooding is occurring across the Cook Shire. Residents should prepare their properties, check on others and avoid travel on roads where possible. Prepare to move to higher ground if required, as conditions could change quickly.
