An Emergency Alert has been issued for Coulson residents from the Scenic Rim Regional Council.

Council advises Teviot Brook at Coulson Crossing is flooding. Residents in low-lying areas should prepare to leave and warn neighbours. Go to family or friends, if possible, or seek higher ground. Be prepared and stay up-to-date with the latest information from the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM). For flood assistance, contact the SES on 132 500. In a life-threatening emergency, dial Triple Zero (000). For further information listen to local radio or visit: https://disasterdashboard.scenicrim.qld.gov.au/. If it’s flooded, forget it.
