Emergency Alert for Dalby as at 2.10pm Mon 28 March

An Emergency Alert has been issued by the Western Downs Regional Council for residents in Dalby. It advises that the Myall Creek, affecting Dalby, is expected to exceed the Major flood level of 3.5 metres late this evening, with further rises possible into Tuesday morning. This level would close the Charles Drew Bridge on the Warrego Highway. Residents with properties in low lying areas should warn their neighbours, secure their belongings and prepare to move to higher ground immediately.
