Residents are advised not to use tap water as a precaution after reports of a temporary change in taste and odour. This alert applies to Basin Pocket, East Ipswich, Newtown, Silkstone, Eastern Heights, Raceview, North Booval, Booval, Bundamba and Flinders View from now until further notice. Water distribution points are available to fill your own containers or bottles at Limestone Park, between Moffatt St and Quarry St, Ipswich and Brothers Carpark, cnr of Robertson Rd and South Station Rd, Raceview.
