Emergency Alert for Goondiwindi as at 12pm Fri 3 Dec

An Emergency Alert has been issued for Goondiwindi residents from the Goondiwindi Regional Council. The Macintyre River is expected to peak Saturday morning (4/12) at 10.7 meters, which is above major flood level. The river is expected to remain at major flood level for a prolonged period. The floodwater is expected to remain below the levee bank height. Council advises residents should act now to review emergency plans and keep up-to-date with flood information.
