Emergency Alert for Gympie as at 2.45am Wed 23 February

Gympie Regional Council has issued an Emergency Alert to all residents in the local government area regarding flash flooding which is currently occurring. A flood watch has been issued for the region and residents are being advised that roads and bridges may be impacted by flash flooding and they should stay tuned to the Bureau of Meteorology for further information. For flood assistance, contact the SES on 132 500. In life threatening emergencies call Triple Zero (000).
