Emergency Alert for Noosa as at 6.10pm Thurs 12 May

An Emergency Alert has been issued by Noosa Council.

The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting heavy to intense rainfall within the Noosa Local Government area in the early hours of Friday morning into Friday evening. This may cause dangerous flooding, particularly in the hinterland regions. Council is urging residents to stay off the roads. Remember, if it’s flooded, forget it. Do not drive into floodwater.
