Emergency Alert for Rubyvale and Sapphire as at 9.30pm Thurs 25 Nov

An Emergency Alert has been issued by the Central Highlands Regional Council regarding flash flooding in the Rubyvale and Sapphire areas. Properties in low lying areas are likely to experience flooding. Residents are being advised to warn neighbours, secure belongings and move to higher ground now.
