An Emergency Alert (Watch and Act) has been issued for the South Burnett and Cherbourg Council areas. 

There is a very dangerous severe thunderstorm warning current for the South Burnett and Cherbourg Council areas. Intense rainfall will lead to flash flooding. Do not drive unless it is necessary and do not enter floodwater. Remember, if it’s flooded, forget it.
