Emergency Alert for Warwick as at 12:20am Fri May 13

An Emergency Alert has been issued by the Southern Downs Regional Council for residents in Warwick. It advises that the Condamine River is likely to exceed the moderate flood level of 6m early Friday morning and with forecast rainfall, may reach the major flood level of 7m Friday afternoon. Residents of Warwick should stay up-to-date with the latest Bureau of Meteorology information and if the situation worsens, warn neighbours, secure property and prepare to move to higher ground.
