An Emergency Alert (Watch and Act) has been issued for Wujal Wujal from the Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Shire Council.

Council advises that localised widespread flooding is occurring across the Wujal Wujal Shire. Residents should prepare their properties, check on others and avoid travel on roads where possible. Prepare to move to higher ground if required, as conditions could change quickly.
