Multiple Queensland Fire and Rescue (QFR) crews are currently on scene at a rubbish fire on Abbott Street, Cluden.

The fire is under control, but smoke is expected to affect the surrounding area over the next few hours. 

Residents should close windows and doors and keep respiratory medications close by, if required. Motorists should drive with caution and to conditions.
