Dakabin – rubbish fire as at 3.40pm Wed 12 Mar

Queensland Fire and Rescue (QFR) crews are currently responding to a rubbish fire on Old Gympie Road, Dakabin.

Firefighters are working to bring the fire under control and smoke is expected to affect the surrounding area for the next several hours.

Residents should close windows and doors and keep respiratory medications close by if required.
