Queensland Fire and Rescue (QFR) crews are on scene at a truck rollover and chemical spill on Gateway Motorway southbound, near the Compton Rd off ramp at Kuraby. Crews have been working to make the area safe and begin cleaning up the spill.

A one-kilometre exclusion zone is in place downwind of the incident while crews continue work to right the vehicle and clean up the spill. This is expected to take several hours. Motorists and pedestrians should avoid the area.
