Runcorn – structure fire as at 5.45am Sun 28 July

Multiple Queensland Fire and Rescue crews are currently on scene at an industrial shed fire on Bonemill Road, Runcorn.

Crews were called to the blaze around 4.40am. The fire was contained by 5.20am and firefighters are working to fully extinguish it.

Smoke may affect the surrounding area throughout the morning.

Residents should close windows and doors and keep respiratory medication close by, if required.

Motorists should avoid the area and drive to the conditions.
