Multiple Queensland Fire and Rescue crews are on scene at a structure fire on Chancellor Village Blvd, Sippy Downs. 

The fire is contained and firefighters are working to completely extinguish it. An evacuation has taken place and all occupants are reported to be out of the building. 

A large amount of smoke is drifting over the Sunshine Motorway. Motorists should drive with caution and to the conditions.

Nearby residents should close windows and doors and keep respiratory medications close by if required.
