Queensland Fire and Rescue crews are currently on scene at a rubbish fire on the corner of Svendsen Rd and Monaco Dve, Zilzie.
Crews have been working to contain the fire and will continue to monitor it overnight. Smoke is expected to impact residents in the area overnight.
Residents should close doors and windows and keep respiratory medications close by if required. Motorists should drive with caution and to conditions.
